Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We only collect what you give us directly: if you use the contact form or a chat demo, we receive the information you type — typically your name, company, email address, and message. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build advertising profiles.

2. How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to deliver our Services. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and we do not send marketing emails unless you asked us to.

3. Service providers that process your data

The website and its demos run on infrastructure operated by us on Cloudflare, Inc. When you submit the contact form, your brief is emailed to us through Resend, Inc.; when you use a chat demo, your typed question is processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to generate the reply; and if you press a speaker button, your reply text is read aloud through ElevenLabs, Inc. These providers process data only to deliver the feature you invoked.

4. What we do not do

We do not: sell personal information; share it for cross-context behavioral advertising; collect information from children under 16 knowingly; or store your chat conversations after the demo session ends.

5. Your California rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of sale or sharing (which we do not do). To exercise a right, email mike@steadyorbitsystems.com; we will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by the CCPA, as amended. California Civil Code §1798.83 also permits you to ask about disclosures to third parties, which is covered by this section.

6. Data retention

We keep contact briefs for as long as needed to discuss and perform work with you, and delete them on request. Demos on this website run on sample data and do not save a conversation history.

7. Security

Personal information is transmitted over TLS and handled by the service providers described in section 3. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we do not maintain marketing databases or other stores of your information beyond what is needed to reply to you.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the version posted here is current. If changes materially affect how we use information you already gave us, we will note the change on this page.
